Physical culture

Physical culture – A programme for overcoming  hypodynamics due to the disability.

FC1The training in physical culture  has mainly a corrective and rehabilitational character. The basic aims of the programme are the achievement of a good general physical preparation; the development of move qualities (speed, strength, endurance, pliability, dexterity); the establishment of habits for individual activities; the elimination of psychological problems, which are due to the loss of sight. The tasks of this programme are being performed according to plans and purposes, applying a group, individual and strictly differentiated approach in the different forms of activities in the curriculum. The curicilum’s content is being differentiated according to educational degree and age, and is being adapted to the certain needs, capabilities and health condition of the trainees. The physical culture lessons are closely connected with the mobility lessons. They help the whole process of training and rehabilitation.
